In conjuction with World Mental Health Day, MTV airs one-hour special "Life Continued: Defeating Depression" (at 7 p.m.), produced by Rainn Wilson's company, SoulPancake. The documentary profiles two young people who struggled with mental-health issues and have been in recovery.
